In Detroit, people are planning to rehabilitate an abandoned industrial building into an indoor fish farm and to bring back the local food system that used to exist 50 years ago. This project named Recovery Park is meant to help addict people, mostly coming out of the penal system to repurpose their lives. Thanks to education, spiritual and connection to family, the project is giving them the opportunity to have a long-term job, housing and help them stay away from addictions.
